the purpose of helping people and companies ?Realize their Visions?. President and Founder, Kevin
Meredith is not new to the business world. Kevin founded a software company, Engineering Design
Systems, Inc. (EDSI) in 1987. Under his leadership, EDSI was an award-winning business that grew
revenues to over 5 million dollars annually with office and employees in 5 states. Kevin understands the
challenges and opportunities that face small businesses today. NewRoads Mindset LLC provides the
